Creative Chaos: Painting Dragons and Prepping for the Craft Fair

It’s been a while since I’ve picked up a paintbrush, but I’m diving back in with a new piece. I’m working on a cloudy night sky scene with distant mountains, a few trees, and the silhouettes of two dragons flying by.

Progress So Far

I’ve got the base colors down with a gradient of blues, added some wispy clouds, and started on the mountains and trees. The dragons are just shadows for now, but they’re starting to take shape.

Sidetracked Again!

As usual, I find myself juggling multiple projects. Between crafting, writing, and painting, my workspace is a delightful chaos of creativity. This painting is a great way to brush up on my skills, but I can’t help getting distracted by new ideas and projects.I promise I am making more jewelry for the upcoming Homemade and More Craft Fair this weekend. I’m replenishing my stock from Saturday’s event and also stocked some American Flag and 4th of July pins at Larkspur Home and Gifts.
